Rwanda Stood Tall… When Our Own Did Not**
Football often reveals who truly stands beside you.
What the Rwandan Football Federation has done for Al-Hilal is far more than a gesture of hospitality; it is a powerful act of solidarity rarely seen in modern football. While many expected the Sudanese Football Association to take such a stand, it was Rwanda that stepped forward with clarity, organization, and genuine respect.
Al-Hilal arrived as a guest, yet Rwanda treated the club as part of its own football family. From facilitating league participation to assigning an official envoy to accompany the team during its African Champions League journeys, the message was unmistakable: Al-Hilal is welcome here.
The Rwandan media also played its role with professionalism, presenting the Sudanese giants with fairness and appreciation. Meanwhile, the stands filled with fans who came not merely to watch a match, but to embrace a club representing a brotherly nation.
Today, as Al-Hilal prepares for its crucial battle against Berkane in pursuit of a place in the next round, the club carries more than the Sudanese flag. It also carries the goodwill of Rwanda.
And suddenly, this journey becomes bigger than football.

**رواندا وقفت شامخة… حين غاب الأقربون**
تكشف كرة القدم كثيراً من الحقائق، وأهمها من يقف معك في اللحظات الصعبة.
ما قام به الاتحاد الرواندي لكرة القدم تجاه نادي الهلال لم يكن مجرد لفتة ضيافة عابرة، بل موقف تضامن حقيقي نادر في كرة القدم الحديثة. ففي الوقت الذي كان كثيرون يتوقعون أن يتقدم الاتحاد السوداني لكرة القدم بهذه المبادرة، جاءت رواندا لتخطو الخطوة الأوضح، تنظيماً واحتراماً وتقديراً.
وصل الهلال إلى كيغالي ضيفاً، لكن رواندا تعاملت معه كأنه أحد أفراد أسرتها الكروية. فمن تسهيل المشاركة في الدوري إلى تكليف مبعوث رسمي يرافق الفريق في رحلاته ضمن دوري أبطال أفريقيا، كانت الرسالة واضحة: الهلال مرحب به هنا.
كما لعب الإعلام الرواندي دوراً مهنياً محترماً، مقدماً الهلال للجمهور بصورة عادلة وتقدير كبير. أما الجماهير التي ملأت المدرجات لمتابعة فريق سوداني وكأنه فريقها، فقد قدمت مثالاً جميلاً لوحدة كرة القدم الأفريقية.
واليوم، وهو يستعد لمواجهة نهضة بركان في معركة التأهل للدور القادم، لا يحمل الهلال علم السودان وحده، بل يحمل أيضاً تقدير ومحبة رواندا.
